Now that i've managed to reach the silver standard for Sit & Reach and Standing Broad Jump, it's time to aim for Gold standard.

Current Goals:
4 more cm for Sit & Reach
2 more cm for Standing Broad Jump
2 more Chin-ups for 4 points(B)
Attempt to train for Shuttle run for Gold standard
Get Silver Standard for 2.4km run

2.4km 13.43 minutes, 2 rounds 18.17 minutes, 7 overhand pull-ups, 3 underhand pull-ups

Current points so far for NAPFA is 3+1+2+1+3+0=10
Would have gotten at least a bronze if not for failing 2.4km run, be it estimated timing or based on Jog/Run #9. Gotta work harder!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Somehow i'm suspecting that this 2.4km run around my neighbourhood is more than 2.4km >.<
