Week 1 Fitness Star Programme
Sit-up - 39
Sit & Reach -35
Chin-up - 5
Standing Broad Jump - 220
Shuttle Run - 10.5
1.6km run - 10.15
2.4km run (estimated based on 1.6km) - 15.23

Jog/Run #9
2.4km 13.43 minutes, 2 rounds 18.17 minutes, 7 overhand pull-ups, 3 underhand pull-ups

Current points so far for NAPFA is 3+1+2+1+3+0=10
Would have gotten at least a bronze if not for failing 2.4km run, be it estimated timing or based on Jog/Run #9. Gotta work harder!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Somehow i'm suspecting that this 2.4km run around my neighbourhood is more than 2.4km >.<
